I don't have my books handy, but if I recall right the ballistic rating on
this is fairly obscene (around 16 w/ a helmet?). This is _far_ beyond
what most runners are capable of penetrating, but then most runners are
unlikely to run up against this stuff in the course of all but the most
hideous runs (3 karma for threat rating, etc... :) ). The people most
likely to encounter it are mercenaries, who have access to things
perfectly capable of defeating it... (vehicular miniguns, vehicular
autocannons, ATGMs, etc.). If the runners are ever in really dire straits
(how do we get in to Ares's new facility, etc.), let them run into a
grizzled old Dwarven armorer who just happens to have developed a manpack
railgun (a conversion of the cyberpunk railguns should do nicely...).
A 3cm railgun on autofire being carried by a troll should take out heavy
milspec.... :)

A nice friendly 25D solves all sorts, however it has a recharge time
in forever, is about a subtle as an MBT and....
I also advise a good look at it's picture in the CP2020 book before
you contemplate trying to use it!

A much more reasonable solution is a nice Steel lynx (or the Ares
guiadian, vector trust variety out of corp sec if you can get one)
mounting a Great dragon ATGM launcher, 20D APDS good for steel lynx
termination, milspec armour and the section of the building two PC's
and thier drone are standing on :)
