Doesn't this kill the thought of "roleplay" ?
Im my group at least, we really do roleplay by all means (eg. walk around in
the room, speak in different voices, suddelnly jumpin up etc. ... actually
it's kind of funny when I think about it, but it's FUN ;)
So, IMO, roleplaying via eMail is tricky, but if u try it out, let me know
how it all worked out.

I'm playing in my first SRII PBM currently, and it is a blast. For the
record, I have played in another PBM before, but that was not SRII. I
enjoy them. It is often hard to get a time where everyone can meet on a
regular basis (or even sometimes irregularly) to roleplay together.
However, the people that really roleplay, will put as much emphasis into
their "written" actions and dialogues as if they were there. It is a
little more difficult, but if you are a good roleplayer, you can do it.
