Uh, I don't know - a Pay Per View attraction, perhaps? ;-)

I'd call it a tent, myself. Or are you thinking of the terrible
Gazebo? :-)

I've heard them referred to (in singular) as a Cabana.

Of course, I thought that a cabana was a more permanent structure.
