Subject: Help with a Denver something.

I run SR in Denver, and I am trying to come up with a system to keep track of
which boarder crossings are functioning and which are not. I have a person
in my group playing a decker who woulod like to set-up a network which
informs his character of the afore mentioned information. I have numbered
the crossings only to find out that three of the four sectors downtown have
odd numbered crossings which rules out my random roll idea. HELP!
