Herr Murray:

>Thanks to the dear sir who typed that in;

Your appreciation is appreciated, of course.

The article does not address damaging manipulations. This betrays a certain
lack of forsight, in my opinion. There are arguments on either side, but I
would prefer to side-step the issue by simply not permitting it to be in MY
campaign. In truth, the questions you raised were ones that occured to me as
well.

Natuerlich. The fact of the matter is that the article simply failed to
illuminate on that point. And Yes, I did type the article in its entirety--
and your compliment is apprecitated, Herr Murray.

In an argument that an associate of mine proposed FOR nega-mages, he suggested
their powers may have their origins from Dead Zones (an UN-official phenomena
fabricated in Neo-Anarchist's Guide to Everything Else, I believe). Two other
alternatives (and please notice that I do not endorse these character types)
would be areas of high Background Counts or Toxic Zones. Still, I still would
object to them, despite whatever 'cover-story' they generated for it.
