Hiding a focus with the initiate Masking ability in no way effect the actual
existence of the focus. It is no longer obvious to anyone looking at it in
astral space, but it is till there. That is why you can penetrate Masking to
see the focus.

As for the Astral Concealment Astral Quest, this does not hide the exsistence
of a focus it all. It hides the astral link between the magician and such items
as spellocks, ritual sorcery materials, Thesis, and the like. This is to
prevent someone from using the item to trace you down.

As for walking through astral barriers unmolested, no dice. It doesn't matter
whether two people can see each other if they walk into the same space. They
will still bump. The same goes for objects in astral space.
