While you all are talking about low charisma, check this out:

One of my players played a Troll Snake Shaman before he played the
the Ork Bonded Courier he plays now. The Troll, who's name is Gentleman
Jim, had the highest natural charisma for a troll (4). One of
his first things he did with his karma was to get a spell lock and
an Increase Charisma +4 spell locked. We went round and round about the
Conjuring of spirits, but that is another story. The point is to normal
people this Troll with a 7 body has an effective Charisma of 8. Try
to see that. BTW: He was very short for a troll (7') and was quite
a ladies man. We figured from his natural charisma of 4 that he was
fairly decent looking even by human standards. Baring maybe a horn.
