How about that for a special power of physical adepts?

4 ability to collect magic points from others with this power
and regenerate* unless head removed from body.
This would be used in the same manner as any other
power but would also make a real nifty game mechanic for npc's

* character would not regenerate in combat, but in non combat time.
(after combatants have left or at GM's Descretion)

collection of magic points would become more spectacular with higher and higher
values. I.E. Break all glass within a block for the first 5 magic, blow up
sidewalk/road/cars/etc for +10 magic, etc.

This power would also allow the player to initiate, but without gaining a magic
point! all magic points must be gained through killing other
Highlander-beings.

In the entire world, there is about 200 or so of these people. They
all can recognize everyone else on site, but do not know each other.

Ideas? Comments? I'm going to use one of these guys for a fixer
in an upcoming "event," much to my pc's annoyance....:)
