Ok, it was late, and I screwed up. No one caught it, apparently, but The
Highlander 0.2 rules are identical to the Highlander 1 rules that I posted,
because I goofed when I save the file (Or rather, didn't save the file, at
least not as a Word file).

I'll be reposting the actual updated rules in a few, though you can find
whatever the lastest version I have worked up is at
http://bull.dumpshock.com/sr/highlander.html
