The Yakuza have been around about 400 years. (About as long as the
Mafia, give or take.)
A few weeks ago, on a web-board totally unrelated to Shadowrun, the
subject of organized crime came up, and someone mentioned the Yakuza.
They posted a URL with someone's history report:
