on p 150 it says that the followers of the Horned god Idol must roll
against a T# of 10 - New love's Charisma to resist desiring said new
love... now unless, they're supposed to go for the "ugly" ones, I think
that's supposed to be (1 or 2) + New love's charisma ...

Is there an errata for the Germany SB anywhere?

Ah, That makes much more sense :) are there any other significant
divergences in the two versions? (even /if/ I could get my mitts on the
german version, I wouldn't be able to read it :)

I haven't compared the idol descriptions closely between the
German version of the Germany Sourcebook and those in
Awakenings, but it looks to me like FASA changed some of them.
One example is the Charisma thing for the Horned God, in which
the TN equals the target's Charisma in the German version, and
10-Charisma according to FASA.

Also, in the German version, Dragonslayer gets -2 dice for Illusion
spells and -1 die for Detection spells, instead of the penalties
FASA lists in Awakenings.

The other idols are the same in both books.

If you don't mind, did the German SB give reasons for those Penalites?
The US version says that the -2 to resist comabt spells (ick) is because
the DragonSlayer is strictly above board even in combat ... IMO, the the
German version makes more sense :)

Let's see... the modifier for illusion spells is because Dragonslayer
is very direct and "geradeheraus," whatever that may mean (I'm
too lazy to go get a German dictionary :) The detection spell
modifier is because they only believe what they see, read, and
hear; IMHO this only makes sense if you take it to mean "see
with their own eyes" as opposed to through a spell.
