The bacteria is magically active and feeds on essence. Anyone
infected slowly wastes away as there essence is stolen.
Soon only a dead husk is left,which the bacteria then animates,
using a power similar to telekinesis.
The husk has only its rudamentry brain functions left, coupled
with the bacterias hunger.

CAn use no skills...not even simple everyday things like opening
doors.If it can see someone it closes to attack ,with a skill of
2+all combat pool on a grapple/restraining attack...next action
is a (str)L bite.
Damage that isn't DEADLY is ignored as the corpse, causing only
cosmetic damage to the body... Deadly wounds (severe from
slashing/cutting weapons like machetes and chainsaws, plus
shotguns) have caused enough damage to cripple/sever a limb.
the part is still active, but has only str=1,and int=0...
it see's using the bacteria's astrial sight,so it's idiotic,
half blind and HUNGRY.
If the body takes a severed arm,half dice to grapple
if the leg is severed,must crawl at 1/4 move rate
if the head is severed,the body is now undirected by the
remaining brain functions, so it becomes random and
uncoordinated,half all dice for tests.
If attacked with MAGIC,resistance is using BOD of corpse, or
WIL=5 with 1/2 bacterias essence as spell defence (usually 4)
If attacked astrially,the bacterial colony has all stats=8, and
mages injured have normal chances of infection...

If fails, infected...Takes 2D poisoning every day til dead. The
first damage is rolled D6 hours after infection.
(no known cure) Magical cure disease will work,but must resist TN
+bacteria's essence for healing...(TN-ess of victim)
If killed by infection or while fighting the animated
corpses,will re animate in (essence) minutes.
The bacteria has a collective mind ,simple but effective...so if
one corpse knows where you are,THEY ALL DO.
