:will get up, and they'll be hurting to, but they're trained to not feel

:pain. Runners aren't.

"Special Forces" are not 9-12 foot Trolls with titanium bones. Put 50
layers of Kevlar on a rinocerous (which in SR2 has stats similar to a
troll's), and then shoot it with your 5.56. I doubt it would dorp the
rhino, or even slow it down much (in the short term). Admitedly, rhinos
are poached with assualt rifles, but its not a fast kill, and they don't
have any armor.
