Yup - everybody's equal until they open their mouth. Until we get some
way to share thoughts directly, we're going to be influenced by the
presentation. The 'net, however, is the first place where somebody
can be known by their ideas mixed with a minimum of presentation.
Provided that somebody can communicate their ideas clearly and with
a minimum of clutter, the audience tends to be willing to forgive
the occasional tyop or grammar error.
