Okay, so the header has nothing to do with the subject matter of this post
(t got you to come this far, so there...plbbbb!).
Anyways, I would like to thank Pete for his leader suggestions. They are
valid. Unfortunately, I've considered that aspect (and after last night,
threw it out the door...well, not entirely). We ran last night with some
moderate success. Though player qualities arose more than PC. Our two
youngings argued who got to sit shotgun, that is, after they (oh, and
Codis...well, his new character) got done arguing who would be the "leader."
Aghhh!!!
Okay, I understand giving everyone a job to do would seem like a good
idea, but the group is too...well, individual. Three of the five characters
are 18 yrs old or younger (13 being the lowest). Mine is obscenely old (71).
And then we have another guy thrown into the mix. The problem here is, my
character has the best person-to-person skills (sad as it may seem). No one
has any idea of tactics (I do, but my character sure as hell doesn't).
Organized? They won't even ride in the same car together. Friendly...let's
just say the most damage anyone in the group received last night was due to
another team member (she punched his feeble butt several times...no, not my
PC's feeble butt).
Any other ideas?

Okay, hopefully the header caught your attention. if you are reading this,
well...I guess it did. Anyway, I just wanted to respond to several messages
all at once. Here goes.
First. I would like to thank all the people that answered my post of what
is PBEM. I later realized what it was, but alas, I already sent out the
message. Thanks anyways.
Second. The munchkin gun. Hmm, sounds a bit too much for me. Word of
advice...if you see a car coming at you with a big gun strapped on
top...run!!! If you can't run faster than the car, at least run faster than
the people you are with. If nothing else a moving target is harder to hit
than a stationary one.
Third. What was the final verdict on assassination techniques? I was just
curious to see what was the most creative.
Fourth. Jamal...is it really you?!? You actually posted something! Holy
bombardier droppings!
Fifth. Whoever asked about damage (should one take mental, after receiving
physical), well the best way I could answer it is this...make it up. If it
sounds realistic to you, then do it. Just make sure that you are not
completely screwing your players over. My personal fav rule is the knock-down
rule. Right, Codice? :)

Not really... I only noticed it when you mentioned it...
(I scroll through the messages and hardly ever see the subjects in the menu
(unless someone has MIME, which is incredibly irritating....)

Alternatively, you use the munchkin armour to compensate....
(Picture it... The automatic successes of First Ed combined with the soak of
second.... Hehehehe)
