Why all this discussion. The way I understand it before it is analyzed
the IC is unknown. There is no sign hanging on it saying "BLACK IC 10 RUN
AWAY." As a matter of fact if I went into say Fuchi and saw a little poodle
I would be more likely to think to myself "Trap" than if I saw a giant cannon
pointed at me. The point is moot you don't know what the IC is until you
analyze it. Granted I am no whiz in matrix rule, but this is how I have
interpreted the books.
