On the subject of meters and rigger 2 can someone give me a conversion
factor for changing speed in MPH. Also a conversion between liters and
gallons would be helpfull.

To convert km/h into mph, divide the km/h figure by 1.61.

Litres to gallons I am not sure about, although I think there are about
4.something litres to a gallon.

cheers

1 Mile = 8/5 Kilometers.

Therefore, x kph = 5/8 MPH.

Dunno about gallons.

though I know someone else has done it...

1 meter = 3.2808 feet
1 liter = .26417 gallons (US)

speed from SR to MPH 1,000 SR = Mach 1 (varies according to sea level
and pressure...approximately 700 MPH...)
speed from SR to KM IIRC, it's about 1200 KPH for 1000 SRpH (shrug)

Slightly more precisely, 1 mile = 1.609 km

Depends on which gallons you're talking about -- American gallons are
3.785 liters, British gallons are 4.something liters, but I don't know
exactly.

Okay, sorry to barge in Keith ... to convert SR movement rates into KPH,
multiply the speed by 1.2. What this then yields in the speed in KPH.

This also does something else too, MACH 1 is now somewhere in the ballpark of
800 using the R2 movement system.
