No, it doesn't. But I do use it, just to have some sort of idea on how well
somebody dances/sings/whatevers. The shaman managed to get an Impact of
precisely 0 while trying to dance in a club the PCs were visiting to locate
a gang, which resulted in some funny remarks being made :)
