My Rigger has a mobile home. He uses the various mundane aspects of it
to hide more... controversial gear. If a Lone Star cop were to do
anything less than a large scale search of the vehicle, he would still
think it's a mobile home.

It is used as a base of operations by the Runners. There are spare
changes of clothes, spare armour, spare weapons, jamming and
communications equipment, and the solarcell conceal the Drone Launch
rack.

As to why it's parked in Bellevue, well I can't see there being a safer
place to live than a Triple AAA area, and I can't afford to rent a place
there.
