Now I don't have the Increased Matrix Reaction spell infront of me either, but
I think someone when just a wee bit munchkineous with this idea. Of course any
cyberware that affects you intelligence or quickness would raise your Matrix
Reaction, so maybe its not such an out of line idea afterall. Still, it comes
too close to defying the Magic and Matrix don't mix axiom.
