Subject:	Increasing through Concentrating

Well, I've had this running through my head for a bit, now: If I learn more
about a concentration, wouldn't this help me to gain a bit more info on the
general skill, just by association... After all, if I practice long and hard
with my Cyber-spurs (Unarmed Concentration: Cyber implant Weaponry), I'm
likely to also pick up a few techniques that will be useful when the Star
claps those restraint cuffs on me (Unarmed Combat Skill). I've toyed with a
couple of ideas for this, but this one seems to be the best way of doing it.

For every two points you increase one of your specializations, the appropriate
concentration gets a +1 to its skill rating, to represent that you've gained a
bit of knowledge that will be helpful in less specialized situations. Also,
for every 2 points one of your concentrations goes up, you gain a +1 to your
general skill. OTOH, for every point you gain in your main skill, you get a
+1 to all of the associated concentrations (except for the one the one that
raised it, if applicable)... same goes for concentrations and all the
associated specializations.

Now, this hasn't been play-tested, but what do y'all think?
