Hi List,
After reading through Man and Machine today, I noticed the effects
of cram.

This got me wondering what is the Maximum Initiative and Reaction
that people use/allow in their games.

Using drugs, I think that I hit 8D6 + 20 on a starting character

Never played him, the other GM in my group said his heart should explode
after the use of the drugs (yes, plural) I was giving him. Pissed me off,
but I didn't really like the character much (he was a spaz).

I don't have any specific figures to throw in here, I was just going to
say... I never really considered putting a cap on it.

I don't allow my PCs to just come up with "The Munchkin Solution" to
anything. But... combat isn't everything in my games... and the way combat
and initiative works in SR3 (dice pools don't refresh as often, everybody
gets a "first action" and such) having that super high initiative just
doesn't matter as much as it used to.
