Yo, hello everyone. Well, I am new here, so before starting I am going to bother
you with some minor facts about me: Born in the summer of '69, male, currently
living in munich, employed as editor for a networking magazine, married, playing
SR for 7 years now....-)

Still awake?
Ok, now for the meat:
Based on the fact that Wired Reflexes work by sending data from your brain
towards the muscle-groups and a Vehicle Control Rig takes movement from the same
muscles and sends correspnding commands to the Rigger Controls in the vehicle,
there would be a possibility for an essence friendly combination of both systems
by using bi-directional optical wires.
I'd figure cost and essence loss something like that:
Cost=(Cost of desired Wired)*1.5 + (Cost of desired VCR)*2.5
Essence= Essence of desired Wired + 0.5*Essence of desired VCR.
So it would look like:
Wired Level VCR-Level Essence Nuyen
1 1 3 112500
1 2 3,5 232500
1 3 4,5 832500
2 1 4 277500
2 2 4,5 397500
2 3 5,5 997500
3 1 6 780000
3 2 6,5 900000 ; you need a good doc to
install that
3 3 7,5 1500000 ; you need an even better
doc to install that...-)

Possibly the essence cost should be based on the higher rating and half of lower
gets added. But I believe the 2/2 is especially interesting for players, bc it
allows to combine a sam/rigger and get him some more necessary cyber installed
(like smartlink or so..:-)

Any comments?

Greetings from Munich

MIke
