In SR, you use the appropriate skill when rolling for anything that
in Real Life requires knowledge or intelligence. Which also means
that Increase Intelligence +4 doesn't raise IQ.
So researchers can't become geniuses (by today's standards) cheaply,
so the rate of scientific progress won't have accelerated to such
a degree that the society would be evolving faster than would be
comfortable to write source material for!
