First hint, never refer to anybody as clueless if you want them to take
you seriously. If I were a newbie in need of advice and saw myself being
put down in the header of a FAQ I'd look elsewhere. :)

Don't worry, I wouldn't do that. Besides, have you ever met a newbie that
wasn't clueless? (sorry, i'm getting cynical, being an op on #www does that
to you. I have never seen so many newbies in my life!)
