Hello all,

I was somewhat frustrated of not finding, in the History Part of SR3,
the independance date of Québec. The Map in the intro shows a distinct
border between UCAS and Quebec and the Algonkian-Manitoo Council, which is a
clue that Québec is indeed an independant country, but Capt. Chaos seems to
have neglected to tell us.

I hoped that SR3 would settle the horribly important error in SR1 and
SR2 which places the date of independance of Quebec in 1999, and in 2022.
