PC's certainly vary.
We (over 2 years ago) didn't do a full on raid against a UB place for
the money after reading 'the Universal Brotherhood', and certainly
din't hire two gangs and tell about 5 reporters where to be for
direct benefit [long term advantage to the planet and us was a
consideration though]. [all courtesty a certain FASA adventure].

As someone mentioned HB. Well to do it the runners have to have some
interest in planet earths survival but they don't actually need to be
good guys (it does work better though, addmitted), a 'we are fragged
if these folks splatter everything, therefore its in our interest to
help save the planet because we have to live on it as well' will do,
at least for some party members.
