...it's just bloody difficult. the best advantage a human has against a dragon
is surprise.
Imagine the surprise when it looks as if all your business holdings are
being erased or confiscated by the federal government. Imagine the pain of loss
of about a billion nuyen. Imagine how distracted you then are as you
frantically call your stockbrokers and fail to notice that your usual office
security has been...replaced. heh heh heh...
If you all him it at once, in human form, (with its own weaponry,
*IRONIC*) you can do some significant damage before it gets to move out from
behind its desk.
