Well I mentioned my magical order that is an enchanting circle in
another tread.
These folks make very powerful foci rating 4 and even some rating 5
power foci,
Nasty stuff to say the least OTOH addiction to these foci is a very real
problem,
which is how you deal with high powered Foci IMO. This does not even go
into what
a rating 4 power foci looks like in astral they make really nice grounds
to say
the least..

Well now that is not something I considered because I make them mages
register themselves and the
foci they have. If they don't they are in more trouble for being an
unregistered mage than for having the
artifact(s)

Get a shot off fast. This upsets him long enough
to make you make your second shot perfect.
