There is a Dwarven Mage in my group who wants to burn an elementels
force in successes bonding a power focus.
In says in the grimoire that each success on an enchanting success test
reduces the Karma cost by one. His justification is that he can buy the
success in the enchanting test.
How do all you feel about this. I say no , but your opinions would be
appreciated. Any responses before wednesday please ( hes goin' to hit me with
it then).
