I haven't followed this whole thread, but I believe the magic pool
follows the guidelines of all the pools. I'll check this evening.
Steve Kenson, writer of Awakenings (as well as MITS, Seattle 2
etc) aka Mr. Magic to Shadowrun, was on the list. Not sure if
he made the move to new list or not. He might comment on this.
