Well here are the first results - I'd like to continue with this as
I dont think that 29 votes are an adequate percentage of the list-population.
So feel free to send me YOUR VOTES, yes you back there lurking in the shadows.

BTW a 1 means fluent or close to fluent, a 2 means enough to get by and
a 3 means some knowledge and 0 means only language.

I'd say monolingual people are a definite minority.
