Ronin, I would have to say that one of those funky new lasers from
Ares would be a near to perfect
runner's weapon. Sure its expensive and illegal and tough to find, but
hey I learned street ettiquette and sucked up to the fixer for long
enough :)

Its virtually silent, does NOT leave a beam or have a muzzle flash,
thus most people wont know what hit them and wont "shoot the laser guy
first". The range is OK, and every year they get smaller and cheaper
and more durable.

I admit they are not for everyone but in specific circumstances they
RULE!

Dont suppose anyone has playtested the ARES FireLance vehicle laser?
