Only as fast as the formula (Magix Rating)x(Successes) per action (every 10
phases). There is no such thing as acceleration in SR, the object would move
at constant speed.

No, it's (Magic Rating)x(Successes), and it is this amount per action (every
10 phases), and the limit of useage is LOS. So if you had access to a
telescope, and a few hours to spare, it would be possible to levitate
someone into orbit. Don't think they'd appreciate it too much though.
