Yes.

some people disagree but.

To date the fastest character got over 550M/complex, nice seeing the
GM declare the minigun, and note 'we're 580 odd meters downrange :)'
[Ok so i used an air elemental and movement power as well :)], this
might get beat tonight! i have a super bad guy to catch.

Sure...(volunteer target may always be the mage himself..)

Depends on your interpretation of the Levitate spells. Two are commonly in
use:

1) you can move anywhere as long as you sustain the spell, at a rate of
successes x Magic rating per turn (this allows you to fly, and it's the one
I use in my game)

or

2) after flying a number of meters equal to the successes x Magic rating,
the spell must be cast again if you want to move further. An option here
is to say that the original spell must be sustained, else you fall down.
