Sascha Pabst wanted to know about average\maximum Lodge\Library Levels.

Your login was in Oldenburg, so I assume you`ve got access to the Germany
Sourcebook in either the English or German Edition. Look up the Magic\Magic
Sites\Weimar\University Library section: Hermetic Library 8. Furthermore
there`s a Library in the Duchy of Pomorya somewhere, ditto 8. They are said (by
the Sourcebook) to be among the best in Europe, and Germany counts as one of
the Centers for hermetic research in the World. I haven`t got my sourcebooks
with me right now (would be a bit too heavy, what with me having all of them
except the NAN`s) but I`ll have a look for more Info on the matter. Oh, yes:
The Grimoire has got some magic groups in it, I think within the resources
section of each entry their Library\Lodge Level is stated as well. (but I`m not
sure about this one) In the Creating Your Own Magical Group section you get an
idea about the ranges. (eg. 5+1D6) According to those rules a level 16 for
Luxury resources is maximum, I believe, but it also says there that Libraries
of more than 8-9 are very few and extremely unlikely to be privately owned. I
