Kinda depents for what the spell would be used. If it would be for
ilumination (to
see better at an intersection) I would recomend transform manipulation as
you
really have to change the enviroment.
An ilusion spell would work only if the mage/shaman/adept/spirit/dragon
(PC here ;o)) knows exactly what to create, as like what the intersection
would
look like. And if he then casts that spell, the intersection would look
like that,
without the goons in the shadows lurking which the above mentioned would
not
have known to be there.
