Enough people have access to the net to make it worthwhile to post up
there. If later they decide that there is enough room in a new product to
place it, and its actually fits into the theme of the book and isn't just
tacked on, then post a notice that "This section will now be appearing in
Shadowtech III" or whataver.

Noted. Just want to get an idea of this first, before I finish up something
that I would actually send in.
