Once again...the importance of a Loony is vital. Do not abuse your Loony.
Bath him. Love him. Don't beat him like a red-headed-step-child (no offense
to any red-headed-step-children out there).
Tinner keeps his Loony within some restraint (damn) happy. I can say
this, because I am his Loony. Let your gamers get away with a bit of
idiocy...but not too much. By idiocy I mean dramatic (sometimes
out-of-the-ordinary) things. Not "I want to push the red button marked 'Don't
Push.'" Yes we actually had someone do that: Jamal. Needless to say, he was
vaporished for his stupidity. Now I know I have only been here a few hours
(rather, I've been a member for a few hours), but I can't stress enough to be
flexible with new ideas.
And about bi-race characters...I don't think you can do that. In fact, I
know you can't do that. Interesting idea for a run though. A corp decides
they want to take the best qualities of (meta)human traits...you get the idea.

Caric extends his hand in welcome to yet another Looney.

I like the idea of half-races and sort of wish they were possible for role
playing purposes, but on the other hand maybe that would be a little to
D&Dish to use in the shadowrun universe. As for the munchkin Bull was
asking about I know in the past we have had some that you could just pummel
into submission until they realize that no matter how big and bad they made
themselves there is always somebody who is faster or better so make a
character that can survive on his wits (of course a good gun arm is nice,
but not the be all and end all) the fact that the munchkin is young should
help you in molding him. I guess my point is really that all people are
different so as we don't know the gentleman you speak of you'll have to
make the final call.
