Okay, this is just a quick note, mostly to Patrick, Barbie and Jett.

I have finally started actually putting stats on the Critters page for HHH.
It's easy to find once you are at the home page. I also think you will begin
to see what direction(s) I am heading with this.

Patrick, I apologize, but the idea of having "non-awakened varieties" of
shapeshifters, werebeasts and vampires, has begun to truly confound me.
Within the scope of SR, I am not sure I can do that and be content with what I
come up with.

Cool buzz; will go check it out here before too long.

Not to worry. My main goal here is to have a vampire that doesn't
depend on HMHVV, because I'm thinking of having a few around from a
considerable amount of time before the Awakening. Like, say, 500 or 600
years before the Awakening. The stats and all can stay just the same,
as far as I'm concerned, so it's not that big a deal. I just didn't
know what you had in mind, content with it or not, and was curious.
Don't sweat it, though.

Who's to say they still couldn't be affected by HMHVV then? There were
"supposedly" vampires before the Awakening. It could be explained by those
particular people were very subseptable to magic.

Or the virus may be able to exist in exceptionally low-mana
environments (like the downswing during the Fifth World).

Err... Chris, could you do something about your e-mail program not
wrapping messages? It's mildly annoying under Windows and almost
infuriating under Linux (when Netscape doesn't bother to wrap lines).

(Don't hurt me, GridSec, sirs!)

Good point. But doesn't the creature infected have to be able to be awakened
in the first place...at least?
