If that were possible, a "cure (foo) gentic conditon" spell would
be a lot easier. Mongoose would still be a player character, not having
caught a nasty meta-virus that may have no cure. You can't make a
peremant spell that sustains an condition unatural to the target, so the
castration spell is probably out, as well, except as a "create flatscar"
spell for damage already done. You could do a sustained spell and SAY
its permenant, though... Same as a "decrease attribute" spell, justa
special "attribute". Actually more of a shapechange, but still...
But really, I can't believe you think as spell that manipulates
gentics is a clever GM trick, when it leads to "create (foo) cultured
bioware" spells so "logically". Don't there, or your EP's will munch
you down so fast it ain't funny.
