Of course Bio and cyber gives mages an edge, Platelets cut down on
that pesky internal bleeding (can't spell hem-thingy) from casting
physical-drain spells, and the trauma allows you to ignore spells
with a light drain code.

Then of course there's the Smart II for those times when spells
won't cut it because there are too many astral defenders, an
elelemental on Astral Overwatch dooesn't stop 50 Cal sucker.


Course, those three pieces of 'ware are regarded as almost
Runner standard issue in my campaign.
