I agree with DANIELS MICHAEL W, one should not be able to target spells
over a vid connection; and don't justify it by saying "well he's got
cybereyes, what's the difference?". That mage didn't pay any essence for
that Sony trid system he's trying to nuke Bill Clinton through. In the
words of the great Al, "I don't think so, Tim."
