Sorry, that got totally mangaled by my editor before I could ad my question.

Just how do you use Hacking pool to make utilities on the fly? Are thy like
Flygrams, from VR? But presumably, you can do it more than once a matrix
run. Also, would you need an execution test?
Is there some way to use the hacking pool more eficiently with a program
carier? Utilitey rating squared chews up lots of dice!
