I am havinga few problems with hermetic mages. I remember reading it somewhere, but I
can't find it
now. What advantage does having a library with a high number do. How does having a level
6 differ
from a level 8.(Other than nuyen costs.)

Also I was trying to understand Paths and Ways in Tir Na Og(sorry about spelling.) If
someone could
please post a summary of that I would be extremely grateful.

High rated Hermetic Libraries allow one to learn more powerful spells, and to
conjure more powerful elementals. They, also, allow mages to increase their
magical skills.

As I recall, when researching spells, for every 2 Rating Points higher,
the library is over the character's skill, you can add one to your
effective Magical Theory Rating. But, this also adds 50% to the time to
research the spell.
