ability has suffered, now after being healed so that his physical existance
as a whole (essence) hasn't suffered he now has a little room to play with
without further disrupting his magical well-being.
I'm not saying this is right. My earlier post was for well more for a "GURU"

this can or cannot happen.
It's just that I'd like to work from an "official"standpoint first before going

GM - (Ready to start a new campaign that frowns strongly upon Munchkins)
"Ookkaayy, Robo enters the parking lot for the fake front of the clinic
and is greeted by Fuchi's latest success from the cybermantic vats.
A troll who has an almost full suit of heavy Milspec armor (specially
made from depleted uranium)which doesn't cover his forearms. The
forearm modification to the armor having been done so as not to interfere
with the cyber arm gyromounts and the miniguns being held by said
cyberarms, said guns being loaded with APDS Double explosive ammo.
Said troll quickly relates in a monotone voice (and all the more menacing
