Having decided I dislike WYTWYG, in all its many forms
I have finally written up a cohesive set of decisions
about how magic works in our game. To ensure its
completeness, could people send me the usual rules
contradictions and unanswered problems etc.. that keep
cropping up.

I am not suggesting it for general use as it goes against
some well defined points (ie we cannot use glass/mirrors/lenses)
but replaces these with our own points to keep magic exiting
and different.
