I'm using Outlook myself. It might be the fact that everyone that
emails the list has a seperate email address. Instead of getting mail from
one address (say shadowRNsend@********.com) your getting mail from
everyone's seperate email address.

I partially solved this by creating my ShadowRN folder and creating
rules for about half the list to go into it. Problem is I ran out of
program memory so I can't do the other half.

Not sure if you can understand this or if this helps, but I figured
I'd give it a shot.

Do your filter based on the To: or Reply-to address, which should be
shadowrn@*****.dumpshock.com at all times.

Best,

I was using outlook but changed to netscape... however, try creating one
filter with "specific words in the recipient's address" for the list email

I don't understand. setting it up in Outlook Express is dirt simple.
Just set up a rule based on the To: field.
