Didn't the Rigger Black Book make mention of "Directed Flechettes" or
something as an anti-personnel measure on the Stonewall MBT?

I don't know about the Rigger Black Book, but I know Fields of Fire had all kinds of
descriptions of MBTs and their 'anti-personnel zones' in the comments, but never any
stats. If you have that book then check out the LAW and MAW entries. Also, I think it
was mentioned that some MBTs use sentry guns, or at least something like sentry guns, to
deal with infantry.
