So what is a manastorm anyways? I have seen plenty of refrences, but nothing
telling me what it *exactly* is.

AFAIK it is a storm of wild uncontolled magic. Tir nan Og has them too
(with an unpronounceable Gaelic name) There is a description of the Irish
version in the novel Nosferatu.
